We do so much blogging, video stream generation of land and the ins and out of owner financing, soil tests, building within shoreland zoning, etc. So much different than just peddling houses, homes. Cheap land, lots of acreage for little money never goes out of style. City brokers, agents don't get this inventory and the backyards are measures in inches, feet not acreages like rural areas with lots of low cost land for sale.
I use loopnet here in my market to a small degree of success.
