What's Your Pick for the Next REALTOR® Magazine Cover?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with National Association of REALTORS®

We enjoyed your input on our April cover so much that we're going back to the well! Our May cover story is built around interviews with people who recently bought and sold homes. What was the experience like for them? What would they do differently the next time?

We came up with more than a dozen ways to tee-up the story on the cover, and we narrowed those ideas down to six cover concepts (below).

Please tell us which cover would be most likely to draw you inside. VOTE HERE!

I vote for #2, because agents don't do it enough.

I love the illustration of #2 and the copy of #1.  Perhaps you can combine the two?

Btw, I love that you are asking for our input.  Makes me so much more invested into the success of the magazine.

I like the headline of number one but thing the cover's a little too busy.  I also like number five.

I'm visual. I like the look of #1. But IMHO, there should be one small face in there somewhere.

#2 - Listening = Respect.  If only we listened more... more marriages would survive, more kids would respect their parents and more parents would empower their kids, more teachers would learn from their students, more employees would be more productive in the work place... and the list goes on.

I like #1.  It tells what we should be doing--listening!!  It was really hard to decide because they all had their points.

#2 would come in second.  I don't like the fingerprints.

Thanks for allowing us to give an opinion for whatever it is worth!!!

I went with #1. With the seismic change in patterns of communication in this age, interpreting what is being said and what it means has changed.

#2....helps us stay focused on what our clients say and want. It reminds me of the times when I disagreed with clients, but acquiesced to their wants because that is what they wanted. Hearing someone correctly helps validate the relationship and leads to good communication and satisfaction whether you agree with each other or not. Definitely #2......Thank you

It's rather important to listen to the customer so you know what he is planning to do. That's why I picked # 2.

I lvoted for number 1. At the end of the day, it is not what a customer puts on a survey, but what they tell their next door neighbor/friend/brother that will get my phone ringing.

#3 is different, not the same old.

#4 is most likely to make me look further.  I like the headline on#1 but don't like the comment pictures. Perhaps some sort of combination of the two.

I just wanted to follow up and let you know that the cover looked great!  I was anxious to receive this one since I had a vote.  And to my surprise, it was the one I had picked!  And you really listened (no pun intended) to what everybody had to say.  Because I noticed that you made some changes based on what everybody had to say!  Great job!
