to sell at public auction for 100% of the present cash market value to
sell this April. You will be paid at closing which should be in mid May
if you act now.
First: Call your
seller and ask if they would be interested in selling for 100% of the
present cash market value in about 30-days with no commission.
Second: Let them
know you are affiliated with a professional Accredited Auctioneer of
Real Estate (AARE) specially trained to create a custom auction
marketing package for their home to sell it in about 30-days or less.
Be sure to tell them the buyer pays the commission, closing costs and
transfer fees but the seller does pay a flat rate auction entry fee.
Third: Complete the
seller referral form that includes your information, the company or
broker you work under and the seller's contact information. Our online
seller registration will create a pdf document to lock you in on your
commission.

It's not too good to be true because we qualify all of our sellers just
like we qualify our buyers. About one out of ten prospective sellers we
speak with is motivated enough to actually sell at auction.
