April is Auction Season & We Will Pay 3% For Your Seller Listings

Second: Let them know you are affiliated with a professional Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) specially trained to create a custom auction marketing package for their home to sell it in about 30-days or less. Be sure to tell them the buyer pays the commission, closing costs and transfer fees but the seller does pay a flat rate auction entry fee.

Third: Complete the seller referral form that includes your information, the company or broker you work under and the seller's contact information. Our online seller registration will create a pdf document to lock you in on your commission.
