Why is Coppell, TX the best place to live in the DFW Metroplex? Lot's of reasons as far as I'm concerned. One of the top reasons is Coppell's school district rating of Recognized. Of the 14 schools in the Coppell ISD 11 of which are rated Exemplary. We also have a New Tech High School that is Exemplary rated and hosts a new way of teaching/learning.
The second reason is our property values. Texas is not one of the hardest hit states when we are discussing declining property values. Not to say that there aren't towns in the DFW Metroplex that aren't, we are one of the lucky cities that holds value. There are also some surrounding cities that the same holds true: Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake and Flower Mound are a few others.
We still have that "small town" feel and a lot of community involvement. Texas is known for having friendly people and you will make friends where ever you go here in Coppell. We have Andy Brown Park East & West and Wagon Wheel Parkif you are one of those active families. There are soccer, baseball, Lacrosse and football fields, hiking/biking trails, tennis, rollerblading, playgrounds and fishing available. We have a Fourth of July, Christmas and Coppell High School Homecoming Parades every year.
Two of my favorite businesses are Coppell Emergency Clinic with full emergency room service 7days a week and the the famous Deliman Grill who's clients include several of the Dallas Cowboys players and U.S. presidents. Make sure to ask for "the Stubbs" if you're hungry and looking for a fill. If you are looking for the authentic Texas B-B-Q experience, then Hard Eight BBQ is for you!
Location is another factor for choosing Coppell as "the" place to live. We are minutes from DFW Airport, the new Dallas Cowboys football stadium, Lake Grapevine, Lake Lewsiville, downtown Dallas, college and universities and easy freeway access.
Coppell, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake and Flower Mound all offer a wide variety of homes to pick from. From new construction, existing homes, tear downs, farm & ranches, town homes and condos! These are all reasons to choose Coppell as your place to live!
