Today's market is diverse in the number of ways you need to market just to get leads coming in the door. It is said that 92% of transactions that are generated today actually originated from being online. That is a great percentage to go after. Problem is people get so into posting their website everywhere that they may forget just to make sure their website is actually up and running.
There has been many times where I find an article read it then click through to the website to only find that it isn't a working website. Plus, when it comes word of mouth you may want to check and see if the website is up and running before you give it out.
I was telling someone just the other day to go to such and such website. Well low and behold that website was down. The person that owned the website didn't know and then I had a customer hanging on the line wondering what was going on. So it was definitely a learning experience to check on sites before you offer them out to potential clients.
