After procrastinating for ...years (yes, years) my broker finally ‘talked me into' going for my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. I had always been one to say that it's not the designation that matters but the performance of each and every one of us in the Real Estate Profession.
I mean, I can have as many designations following my name that is possible although it will be how it is implemented into my business that will make the difference.
After spending all day in CRS class yesterday (and today is another day as well) at Honolulu Country Club I was re-motivated to implement all I learned in this first class into what I have already. I needed more education and I really needed to step out of my box and get an "aha" moment to get me pumped up to continue on with my business with a renewed outlook.
I can never stop learning lest I become stagnant.
Frank Serio, CRS of RE-MAX by the Sea in Bethany Beach, DE is the CRS Instructor for CRS 201: Listing Strategies and I have never been in a class ALL DAY where I was sponging up all the information that was given. He really made the class fun, interesting and he is very knowledgeable and creative with his ideas and I woke up this morning raring to go once again for an all day session. If you all have a chance to get into one of his classes (regardless if you're going for CRS or not) I strongly suggest to attend one.
I was impressed by the instruction of the class and that can make all the difference in the world.
He was a hit with this agent indeed!
