How is your Database these days? This is a challenge for all companies. Trying to keep all your contacts, which system tracks the things you want to track. So the challenges are: Is your Database current and what system do you use. As each Realtor is an independant company there are that many answers out there on software. But the one thing most Realtors and companies have in common is finding the time to update databases and keep them current. The obvious reason for keping it current is for marketing purposes, so that you are able to market to your sphere of influence who will then market for you if done well. Then you can use the other mediums available to attract new clients. If your database is not current you don't really know who you are marketing to and you are missing vital opportunities. Then the people we missed putting in the database are wondering why we are not in touch with them?
