I've decided to get a head-start on my first quarter real estate reports for Volusia County (City of Ponce Inlet for this report). So although it's not quite the end of the quarter, I'm providing city-by-city real estate data, up to March 19, 2010. But since I'm a bit early, I'm going to start with just the listing information in this post. I'll post the sales data after we've officially ended the first quarter.
