I believe this message, presented in less Seuss-y prose, has gotten the attention of folks in Lubbock and the surrounding communities. Many are aware of the fast approaching April 30th tax credit deadline and are making up for lost time.

Do not call Realtor after Realtor when you drive around looking at For Sale signs.
Do call me - I can look up any home for sale that is listed with a Realtor in the multiple listing service.
Do look at my facebook page - Mary Benton, Realtor - to find frequent updates on Lubbock real estate.
Do not make appointments with multiple Realtor's. This will waste your time and the Realtor's time.
Do get prequalified before you start shopping for a home. Otherwise you risk great disappointment.
Do not assume you can get a better buy from a For Sale By Owner.
