Real Estate Success in Three Words or Less?

Real Estate Success Series

Recently I asked the question:  How Would You Sum Up Real Estate Success in Three Words? and the answers came from many very experienced ActiveRain members.

Here are a few responses I received:

  • Barbara Todaro Success in Marketing . . .  "we are marketing agents first and then salespeople . . . without the phone ringing, there is no one to whom we can sell and there would not be any product to sell . . ."

  • Carra Riley  It Closed Today and  "See people, see people, see people"

  • Lloyd McKenzie  Prospecting is the most difficult, yet most rewarding  (my italics)

  • Al & Peggy Cunningham "If you are not with a client, talking to a client, getting an offer signed, a listing signed, then you are not working in real estate!"

  • Michelle Francis  "It's all about people those you take care of today that will refere you tomorrow."

I read somewhere that the three words for real estate were abc, always be closing ~ sounds good to me.

Just think about how successful an agent will be who is able put all that advice together into one game plan!  It seems like there would no chance of failure then.

Great post Mary!

I'd like to contribute a customer-centric answer to "sum up real estate success in three words" by way of an equation:

Mary ~  What a great summary of Real Estate Success!  it could also be  work, work, work, then play, play, play to have balance.. work hard, play hard!  Going on vacation ALWAYS brings in business.. so plan a vacation about every 3 months!
