There was approximately a 19% drop in total sales compared to Feb 2009 which attribute to a decrease of over $4 million is sales volume. Over the same period, price have gone up by + $36,000. Demands still hold strong although total sales are down. The drop in total sales can be accounted for due to the delay in getting approvals on short sales versus prior year where there were more Bank Owned properties.
