SFR COURSE AND CERTIFICATION

My partner and I had this bright idea that we would take the course, get certified and do some bang up advertising and the sellers would come to us in droves. 

Well, not so.  First of all it takes work, work, work.  No such thing as easy money these days.  Second, everyone is on the short sale bandwagon., Third you still need to go out and get the listings and sell the property. 

Even though my bubble has burst, well not really, just a little deflated, I'm going to go for it and be successful in the short sale market. 

OH!  I think I just gave myself a pep talk.
