Active Rain Power is MUCH MORE THAN JUST LEADS!!!

What do you expect from the power of Active Rain?

Listings?...Buyers?...Leads from out of town?...Points?...Features?...And outside blog to post to?...Education?...Cool people?

What do the following people have in common besides Active Rain?

Bob Haywood - Owasso, OK
Mary Yonkers - Erie, PA
Russell Ray - San Diego, CA
Al & Peggy - Canada

I recently posted a real need for help, Give it 100% or Get Out. that seemed to get lost in rain because some times it's just pouring down here. Bob, Mary,Russell and Al & Peggy found it and didn't just offer advice, but put the wheels in motion. Not only did they step up to the plate and offer wisdom and knowledge to help me, but they hit a HOME RUN! I received so many suggestions, a tone of advice and support like I've never had. Alot was from successful people who have been in my shoes at one time or another. And........alot of emails of people in the same shoes right now. So not only did I get help, but so many others received it also.

Have you ever heard the phrase that it's not who you are but who you know..........

I know 2 people and those 2 people know 2 people and so on and so on!

IS THIS NETWORKING OR WHAT?!?!?!?!

We all need leads because that's the business we're in. But sometimes we have other needs that have to be met before we can take care of those leads.

Here's something I bet you didnt' expect from Active Rain........

Networking with experience business people who want you to succeed. It's like a virtual office filled with the most experienced, knowledgeable and caring people you'll ever meet.

And what's really cool is that these are just a FEW who are willing to go to bat for YOU.

Do you need some encouragement?

DO YOU JUST NEED A SWIFT KICK IN THE PANTS TO GET GOING?

Active Rain is the place for Real Estate Business Professionals to start when needing help!!

But remember............if you don't ask.............you won't receive!

LET IT RAIN!!!!

I believe there are people on AR that are learning from all your comments. I know I am. And the connections that are taking place are just unbelievable.

I'm spending more time on AR than learning from videos, classes and others in my office. I so wish that just 1 person in my office could understand and not think I'm wasting my time.
