Video Email
I recently attended a training course that covered a great new way to communicate with your clients. After a long day at work, your client comes home to a dozen or so email that they have to sort through and read - you want yours to stand out so they won't miss it or accidentally delete it. I have the perfect solution and the best part is it is FREE. Eyejot is a video email program that is completely free, all you need is a web cam and you are on your way. You can register for a free account that gives you the the ability to send a 30 second video email message or you can upgrade to the premium account that allows you to send a 60 second message as well as send attachments. You can send up to 3 attachments such as word documents, web sites and narrated tours. You can even upload web site statistics to your client and explain the report to them.
The system is also great for sending out messages to friends and family. Just a little more personal then the old email with a card embeded into the text. Something new and fun to share with everyone. Enjoy
