I posted this blog yesterday on teaming up with a lender, I received a call this morning from an agent that requested a sign at one of his listings. I had a sign made promoting the deadline for the tax credit. I put the sign out in the yard last week, can you believe that he called me today and told me that the property was now under contract due to the sign! That is great news! although the buyer already had someone to do their financing, it is still a victory for the team. I would have loved to get the deal, but my agent did so that is still great. I do know that when the opportunity comes that agent will definitely hand my card out. You have to have a team in place, its just like a Doctor, they have their team on standby and they all play a crucial role in any situation. The same should be for a real estate transaction.
