SHOWING SERVICES AS WE NEAR THE END OF THE TAX CREDIT

When I called Centralized Showing Service to schedule showings on Saturday, I was put on hold due to the "extreme high volume" of calls. This did not come as a surprise . . . ‘tis the season, for one thing, and for another, the buyer tax credits are expiring soon and buyer activity is reflective of this. What really struck me, though, was the CSS recording. It was specific as to the reason for the extreme high volume of calls stating it was related to the pending expiration of the buyer tax credits.

This is a call to action for homeowners who are serious about listing their properties. They need to get it listed now!

It's also a call to buyers to get out there and get under contract by April 30th!

Interest rates are low (but rising); the tax credit is expiring; property values are rising but are still reasonably priced! It's the best Of both worlds right now!
