DON'T Sell Your Home Without Reading This First!

Your home can be perfedt in every way you "think" it could be.  The walls may be the best neutral color, the floors may be completely spotless and the price may be just perfect!  (in your opinion)

But wait!  The INSIDE isn't necessarily what will attract the buyers to want to come inside to see what your house offers.  If your house doesn't grab the buyers' attention from the moment they see the first outside picture or drive by your home for the first time, YOU WILL LOSE THEM!!!

Take pictures of the landscaping, compare your pictures to other homes you can view online and "look" for things your house is missing outside.  Ask yourself this question, (as non-biased as you can be) "Would I want to consider buying this house?"  Think like a buyer for once and see what you can improve on.

And, forget the amount of money you have put into your home or the memories you have accumulated over the years.  Buyers aren't buying the memories, they are buying your home.  YOU will take your memories with you and keeping them safe!

This is exactly why I say that pictures are the house and your agent's ability to take a good photo is huge.

Absolutely!  An agent really needs to make sure he/she is up to date with technology to best market any home.  A picture can mislead buyers to "think" it's a nicer home than it is, or it could NOT give a home the justice it deserves!
