How many of you are finding a need for the 203k rehab loan? Now that I have taken these types of loans on I am hearing from more and more Realtors. I have learned that many have wanted to show homes in need of repair but have been held back for lack of a place to put them. I believe you will find that the 203k Streamline rehab loan is very easy to do and it makes purchasing a foreclosure home in need a repairs a very viable option for the new buyer. As long as the home does not need structural repair or supporting wall work the streamline loan will work. It also takes that home that does not qualify to go FHA in its present condition and turns it into another deal. Repairs must be under 35,000 in order to qualify.
