I am Stephanie Benefield, a loving wife and home schooling mom of one daughter. I grew up in the panhandle of Texas and moved to the metroplex with my husband 14 years ago. I have owned Inspirational Design, an Interior Decorating and Home Staging Company since 2002. My passion for Design and Real Estate inspired me in 2008 to obtain my Real Estate license to become your Realtor®. My talent for design enables me to better understand my buyer's wishes and help find them the perfect home. And my staging knowledge and education will help my seller's homes stand out above the rest in today‘s competitive market, making it sell more quickly. Someone once said I was the "Theater Director of Real Estate" because of my vast knowledge, education, and experience in all aspects of Real Estate. From my expertise in staging the home, the ability to photograph the property with professional equipment and the experience to find their dream home. I think education is the key to everything.
