M Section in Rohnert Park, CA is almost a town of its own.  Located directly across from Sonoma State University, M Section is a popular destination for students to rent or buy their home for the next four years.  Sonoma State University, also known as SSU, has become a sought after campus for 4 year students. 

M Section is the newest subdivision in Rohnert Park, each one named after a letter in the alphabet.  Every street in M Section starts with the letter "M", creating what I refer to as the "M Section Zoo".  Would you like to live on Middlebrook, Mary, Mercedes, Mitchell or Maurice?  Don't worry, there are 39 more M Section street names to choose from.

At the center of M Section is Magnolia Park, consisting of 13 acres of fun.  Magnolia Park is equipped with tennis courts, a swimming pool, baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts and plenty of picnic tables & BBQ's for the whole family.

Also across from Sonoma State University is the Wolf Den Plaza, your destination for just about any type of food you can think of.  You'll find Taco Bell, Starbucks, Chunky's Taqueria, McDonald's, Juice Shack, Quizno's and much, much more.

I'm saving the best for last.  M Section is all about location, location location.  San Francisco is less than an hour to the South.  The Pacific Ocean is less than 45 minutes to the West.  Sonoma Wine Country is 30 minutes North, and Napa Wine Country is 30 minutes East.  Now what more could you ask for?
