Get your local chambers to email you upcoming events, read other blogs, use your Realtor magazines, post your listings and look at EVERYTHING as a potential blog. Drive around and take pictures of the amenities in a subdivision, post market statistics and keep a notebook handy or use your voice feature on your phone to help you remember potential blog material. It is everywhere! My husband is even saying "Here I found something you might want to blog about"
