Real estate for a Property Manager is a world of market comps, foreclosures, short sales, mortgage payments compared to rent income, and a lot of maintenance. All factors in a world that full service Property Managers as myself consider every day.
Prior to getting my license and becoming a property manager, my owner and broker gave me the chance to prove myself dealing with every day maintenance of our managed rental properties. As time went on I started to see the ups and downs of the field and slowly began to fathom all the aspects involved in the decisions of our property managers.
Now that I am a property manager here at HomePointe, I have begun my Journey on the track of learning and applying my knowledge to my every day dealings. I'm learning that you will never be asked the same question twice. Everyone is special and has their own stories. Ultimately, it is how I apply this knowledge that makes my story special.
