Subdivisions in the Lake Charles Area: For some time, I've worked to capture photos of our beautiful deed-restricted subdivisions. Many of which you can see on Derenda.com. To introduce the quality and variety of our area, I'm going to blog about subdivisions in the Lake Charles area.
Retail in the Lake Charles Area: As an agent catering to those who are relocating to SW Louisiana, I am often asked about our shopping. In an effort to provide insight to the myriad of opportunities available in the retail arena, it only seems appropriate to blog about shopping available in Southwest Louisiana.
