Noah's Landing is one of the premier subdivisions around Lake Anna, VA.  It is also one of the newer ones. It is located in the area known as the private side. 

Since the creation of Lake Anna there have been two sides to the lake.  They are separated by three dykes which do not allow passage from one side to the other.  On the private side there are no commercial establishments along the shore which means there are no marinas or other types of businesses.  As there is no access to the water, other than from ramps located in the common areas within the various subdivisions along the waterfront, property owners on that side pretty much make up the boat traffic there.

Among the amenities to be developed are a 60 x 40 outdoor swimming pool, bath houses, a children's play area, boat slips for off water property owners,, tennis courts, beach volleyball area, and walking trails.

Like many of the subdivisions around Lake Anna, Noah’s Landing is made up of waterfront lots and water access (off water) lots. A number of custom homes have been built, mostly on waterfront lots. Several of the homes are pictured below.

There are still a number of choice lots available. Prices range from $240,000 to $699,900 for those directly on the lake. Access lots are priced from $125,000 to $265,000 with those having very good water views at the higher end of the range.

The current homes for sale in Noah’s Landing, all waterfront, are priced from $1,075,000 to $1,595,000. Solds ranged from $1,999,000 to $2,064,368. Waterfront homes are generally larger homes and when combined with the higher price ticket for waterfront land result in more expensive properties.

Water access homes, while equally attractive residences, for the most part tend to be less expensive. It is important for prospective buyers to understand that Noah’s Landing, like our other subdivisions, will have a homes valued at well below one million dollars on up.

Without a doubt Noah’s Landing is earning its reputation as one of the most desirable neighborhoods around Lake Anna.
