Walkway through the snow in Estes Park Colorado

Footprints in the snow seem to show people coming and going in the early dawn in Estes Park, Colorado.  The Beautiful Spring snow looked as if the world was given a brand new start.

Twin Owls with fresh snow and tucked in the clouds in Estes Park

Twin Owls is tucked into the clouds covered with fresh snow behind the Stanley Hotel.  Residents and spring break tourists alike enjoyed the beautiful new snow.

Sure beats living in Nebraska.

Gorgeous photos of the snow!  Of course Estes Park is beautiful all the time.

Wow, are these recent?  We have spring breaking out here, looks like you'll be waiting a while. Beautiful though.

Took the photos this morning. The snow was mostly gone tonight. Supposed to be about 50 tomorrow. That is why we love Estes Park and Spring snows.

Kristal,

Since you live in Denver, you know how the mountains are.  We are so close and yet so far away.  I went to sleep with deer in my front yard last night.  I'd rather take a beating with a stick than drive down the Mountain to Denver.  I'll be at the Realtor Rally in April however.

Dan,

Yes, took them first thing yesterday morning, so very fresh.  Most of the snow melted yesterday, and since  it will be almost 50 today I'm sure the majority of what is left will be leaving us today.  Makes for awsome spring skiing.

Rob,

Good to see your smiling face again.   The nice thing about all of this snow (besides being able to play in it) it becomes water for Kansas and they grow crops with it and it provides some great fishing!
