Seriously, wouldn't you like to come home after a hard day at the office and enjoy the view from this rear entertainment patio located in the Coronado Hills community in San Marcos, CA?  Just look at how far you can see...and this is a daylight view...it is almost more spectacular in the evening!  That is what this community is all about - the views!

And what kid, big or small, wouldn't just love to come home and work off a little steam on this great side play yard and pretend to be king/queen of the hill...with views like this, you feel like you could rule the world!  You don't have to be in your primary years to enjoy this play yard, it would just as nicely transform itself into a lush putting green! Coronado Hills in San Marcos, CA is the place to enjoy the view for kids of all ages :-)

In a side yard that one home owner decided was perfect for her raised vegetable garden in Coronado Hills, San Marcos, CA - the views are astounding!  Who wouldn't want to spend time out here weeding and nurturing their plants when they, themselves, feel so nurtured by all that nature has to offer?

The Estate homes located in Coronado Hills in San Marcos, CA are definitely a cut above the rest...gearing themselves towards those who know the value of peace, tranquility and relaxation, while still having fun with life and being city close.  I highly suggest if you or someone you know are in the market for a new home in North San Diego County, that you consider the Coronado Hills community...it's close to the university as well as the new medical center currently being built.

The home that affords us these lovely views that I have shared with you in this post is from a pending listing of mine on Seeforever Drive (that's right, the name says it all!), in the Coronado Hills subdivision in San Marcos, CA - if you would like to see more about this home, you can see lovely inside photos here

Christine there is no doubt California is the prettiest state in the country.  I just can't afford to live there.

John - Thanks for stopping by and reading :-) I think I am of a different mindset - there are so many gorgeous, glorious places all across the US, and I'm sure the world, that I don't think of California as being the prettiest.  It's where I love to live for many reasons, and beauty of scenery is definitely among the list; however, I was born and spent my preteen years in Vermont and nothing beats the foliage and crisp air in the fall - then I have vacationed in Idaho on Henry Lake and got to travel on snowmobile to see Old Faithful go off during the holidays with my family (unbelievable) - some of the canyon / gorge views in Arizona and up by Sedona also take my breath away - and I know there are so many others.  The only states I haven't been to are Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii - and I hope I get a chance to visit them all someday - and the last one really, really soon!  And here's a little hint, most of us who live in California can't afford it either! LOL We just make due with our champagne and caviar dreams on our sad little beer budgets :-)  Thanks again!

Seriously, YEAH! Who wouldn't want to live here/ If that were my patio or raised vegetable garden, I'd probably have a hard time getting any real estate work done. What a perfect patio to sit and work on that novel one has always longed to write!

BTW - thanks for visiting my blog, Christine, and leaving your comment. You lucky California girl!

Elva - Thanks for stopping by!  I know...I am all about that unwritten novel - have the title and book jacket design in my head...now if I could just get it written!!!  You're very welcome for the comment on your blog...the way you got your deal done by writing a letter to Bidden was genius and true "agent" wisdom :-)
