Old Medford High Condos

he historic Old Medford High Condos (the Schoolhouse Condos) was built in 1894 and is a beautiful example of period architecture.  The building is listed on the National Reegister of Historic Places.  A fire in 1965 destroyed a baack addition to the building.  The "new" high school was built on Winthrop Street and in 1984 the old Medford High School was converted into unique condos.  Some of the units still have the original blackboards and bead board.  The building has lots of exposed brick in both the common areas and in some of the units.  There are even some two level units with spiral staircases to the 2nd level.  This is not a cookie cutter building!

The Old Medford High School Condos is the only condo building in the city that uses a outside management company where the association manager lives in the property.  This brings a level of care to the management that you rarely see.  Potential buyers are welcome to spaeak directly with the management company about the condo's long term fiscal plans.

The building has an indoor pool, sauna, tennis court and a great location right in Medford Square.  Restaurants, shopping, shows at Chevalier Theatre and buses are at your door.  It's an opportunity to live in a piece of Medford history!
