I think Sandy Springs is one of the best locations in the Greater Atlanta area. Situated on the top end of the Perimeter, you have easy access to I-285 and Highway 400. The northern arc of Atlanta has experienced the most growth and Sandy Springs is situated right at the base of that growth. It is only a few miles north of Buckhead and the soon to be constructed Streets of Buckhead. Perimeter Mall and some of the best shopping in the south are in Dunwoody, which is right next to Sandy Springs.
There is a nice mix of homes and condos for sale in Sandy Springs, GA. You have great neighborhoods with renovated homes and high-end nearly new executive homes along side of high-rise condos and townhomes. There is truly something for everyone in Sandy Springs!
