Rocky Woods - Hopkinton Massachusetts
In the Woodville area of Hopkinton close to the Westborough line is the community of Rocky Woods.
Rocky Woods Road is located just off of Route 135 and forms a circular, family-friendly neighborhood that is surrounded by wooded areas on all sides.
This lovely subdivision of approximately 40 homes was built by Ron Nation of 20th Century Homes, Inc., a prominent local builder who also built the fine communities of Valleywood, Ravenwood and parts of Connelly Hill Estates.
The homes in Rocky Woods have stunning exteriors that include the use of Palladian windows, bay windows and some have decorative brick and stone fronts. Their sizes range from 2500 to over 4,000 square feet and they are set on majestic lots which are ¾ of an acre to over an acre in size.
Rocky Woods was developed between the years of 1997 to 2000 and some of the homes feature meticulous landscaping, custom stonework and wooded settings. The interior details include generous family rooms, cathedral ceilings, large kitchens, master suites, custom built-ins, media rooms and home offices.
For the summer activities of boating, hiking and fishing, Whitehall State Park is only a mile away. Commuting is a breeze at this location since it is within minutes to Routes 495 and the Mass Pike and less than three miles from the Southborough MBTA station.
Enjoy all that Hopkinton has to offer with award-winning schools, a great sense of community, convenient shops and restaurants in the downtown area and band concerts on the common.
