Tapping Into the Jobs Market

Here in the Mecosta County Area there have been several positive signs of economic recovery starting with the job market. Wolverine and a few other local companies have added to their workforce meaning there are more potential home buyers here. I have ran through several scenarios in my mind but have not came up with a good way of tapping into the new employees. Today I will contact the Human Resources department at these places and see if they have any ideas on how we can help each other. Have any of my fellow Active Rainer's had any success tapping into the job market? With the economy starting to perk up and spring arriving there will be new job placements and some will need housing capturing a percentage of those people will be my objective. Any ideas?
