West Knoxville home staged, with great results !!! HOME STYLE AND STAGING LLC staged this home in West Knoxville, Knoxville, TN. This home was built for an individual and they had to back out on the sale. So the builder lived there for a time. Deciding that they had to get the property sold, they contacted HOME STYLE AND STAGING LLC  and presented us with the budget that they could live with.

This home is in an upscale neighborhood with all homes being in the $400,000 and up price range. The home overlooks the water of Fort Loudon Lake, and very accessible to schools, shopping, etc.

Since the budget was tight, we staged the kitchen, small den, family room, hallway, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. Since the home was new there was not any changes that needed to be made to paint color, updating, landscaping, etc. Which made our job very easy indeed.

In the KITCHEN  we used several green accessories to show off the lovely brown, gold and green granite counter tops...

In the HALLWAY there was a built-in cabinet with sink, we added silver framed mirror and silver accessories                                                                                                  

There was a SMALL DEN off of the kitchen and since the budget was small we only

 VIGNETTE STAGED this area. 

The FAMILY ROOM is open to the kitchen, so we played off the green colors that we had used in the kitchen area, showing that this room was cozy even though it was rather large.

DINING ROOM was such a beautiful room, it was large with a wonderful chandelier. The chandelier would have sold me the home all by itself...

The MASTER SUITE was actually, for this size home, very small. However, we made the best use of the space with queen size bed and accessories...

Now to the MASTER BATH, to me this was the best part of the house....when you see the photos I think that you will agree...the fireplace is what make this room a room you would want to spend alot of time in.
