Escrow V. Roundtable

Good morning!

I need your help........Please let me know Pros and Cons of Roundtable closings?  I know the difference I am just looking for opinions from Realtors.......What's good, what's not......Any stories from Roundtable closings that you could share would be great.  In Ohio (northeast) we are Escrow in southern Ohio it's all roundtable closings...
