When I think of Chubby Trout in Elkhart Indiana, I think of intimacy...The darkened interior invites low voices and a cozy feeling.  I am pretty sure that is what Cam Snyder was aiming for when designing his restaurant, and he hit his mark!  Laughter, giggles and happy folks dined there last night when we stopped in for their Carrot Cake for dessert.  Have you had it?  It is awesome! and HUGE!  Here, take a look...

I do not do sushi, but I love fish and with a name like this how could I not give it a try!!  Looks like a great restaurant.

I have eaten at chubby trout and I have never had Carrot cake anywhere to compare. If you don't try it, you will miss the desert of the century.
