Relocate to Easley, SC - why?  If you're considering relocating to or within Upstate SC, Easley is the place to be.  It's nestled between Greenville, Clemson, and the mountains, and the city is very well managed with revitalization going on constantly, before areas even get run down.  If you're looking for a relaxed lifestyle, and not just a house, you have to check out Easley, SC!

First, Easley offers safety.  With only 1 murder in all of 2007, you can rest easy at night knowing your choice to relocate to Easley, SC is a safe one.  Maybe because neighbors are so friendly in this area, someone's always watching out for you and your family.  And if you stay here long, you'll come to know many of the police officers on a first name basis, as well.

Second, Easley offers family friendly events.  The city does an incredible job with planning events to keep everyone active and outside.  Between Easley's events and your close proximity to downtown Greenville, there's ALWAYS something to do here.  Check out the city's event site here to see what's coming soon.

Easley is local to recreation of all sorts.  The Recreation Department in Easley offers year round sports for children of all ages and several adult leagues, as well.  Our "JB Red Owens Park" is the most recent addition to our facilities, and it's so spectacular that it hosts the Big League World Series every August, when teams come from around the world to compete for a World Championship in Easley.  ESPN has even been here filming the last couple of years.  If organized sports are not your thing, the recreation department also offers natural walking trails, a gym with walking track for those rainy days, picnic shelters, a Frisbee golf course, and shortly will be adding a biking and pedestrian trail - plans were just finalized in March 2010.
