This year is going great for me. I only hope it will stay steady throughout the rest of 2010. It seems like many agents I've talked with recently are getting more activity too.

2010 will only get better for Boise Idaho. Lots of Californians moving in. New construction contiues to stay strong. On the flip side 10% unemployment continues to create problems
