An obviously very happy Jed, Granny and Ellie May, along with their preferred lender, took some time to pose with me for this photograph just after the closing!

Jethro couldn't be at the closing as he was out hunting squirrels for the Clampett's first dinner in their new

Craig...I just spewed iced tea across the room laughing so hard at this post. When I was younger I used to watch the Beverly Hillbillies just for the surreal weirdness of the series. The fact that you portrayed yourself as Jethro is even funnier! Do you remember when he was going to be a movie star (among many other hair-brained schemes) He decided he needed a stage name and chose the moniker: "Beef Jerky"
