This may have been dumb move on my part, not only is it Sunday morning but it's PALM SUNDAY TOO...I did NOT realize it was Palm Sunday when I scheduled it!!!! But I was pressed to get one in, haven't done an open house ALL MONTH because I've been busy taking buyers out every other weekend in March. Sunday morning was the ONLY time I could do it....so maybe some folks who aren't in church will be around...ha ha.

In this market, Sunday afternoons are generally not really very productive as it's primarily a vacation home market, and most people are heading back to their NY or NJ homes sometime on Sunday; we generally do better on Saturdays w/ Open Houses.

We'll see how it goes! LOL
