Post Falls Investment Specialist! I just completed the Certified Investment Analyst course (CIA) with privileges in both Washington and Idaho.

This was one of the most informative training processes that I have experienced as a licensed REALTOR.

A few of the key topics of the course:

  • The Time Value of Money
  • Determining Cash Flow
  • Calculating Capital Gains
  • The Future Value of Money
  • Seller Financing

The list goes on ...

We used both the HP 10BII and the HP 12C calculators. I encourage every one that practices real estate to go to www.stilltraining.com and check out the training. The training in my area offered 15 hours of CE credit over the 2 day course. I really do endorse this class as having great utility value for all realtors.
