Service is something that never grows old. I was going home last Friday from Fairfield to Woodland and while leaving the office I noticed there was a roofing nail in my tire. It had been loosing air but not badly. I headed home and by the time I got to Vacaville the traffic was pretty heavy and I thought what a great time to get off this freeway and get my tire fixed. I spotted "Americas Tire Co" at the Monte Vista Road exit and headed for it. It was 5:50 pm when I arrived and the service manager came out to meet me as I pulled up. He told me that they closed in ten minutes. I told him I was hoping to get a tire fixed. He then surprised me when I showed him the nail head in the tire. He took me inside and wrote up a ticket to repair the tire. I was elated when he said "I don't want you to have a blowout on the way home. We'll fix it for you". I was very happy but the story keeps getting better. There were several other people ahead of me and these boys stayed and worked on our cars letting each one of us go as our car was completed. I was the only one left when at 6:40 pm they told me my car was ready. When I went up to the desk to pay for the repair I was told the car was outside and there was NO CHARGE for the repair, but please think of us when you buy your next set of tires.
Wow. A real service company, I was amazed that they really do exist. I will tell you this if you are anywhere near Vacaville and need tires or a flat fixed for that matter I would and do recommend "Americas Tire Co" on Monte Vista Ave. You guys rock!
