The Leavenworth condo market is slowly coming out of the slump created by overbuilding and overpricing.
A number of projects have been abandonded or postponed (Obststadll, Sonnenterrassen) and a few are selling for much less than expected (Cascade Crest, The Boulders).
Activity is also picking up at the Kahler Glen Golf Resort near Lake Wenatcheee.
