New Hampton is a newer, planned community in Broadview Heights which was built by Pulte homes. New Hampton is a neighborhood with lots of winding streets, cul-de-sacs, containing primarily single-family homes, but also has town homes and cluster homes as well. New Hampton is located on the northeast intersection of Boston Road and Broadview Road at the southern end of Broadview Heights.
The New Hampton neighborhood is in the North Royalton School District.
The neighborhood has a community center, community pool, playground and miles of walking trails. Many homes back to nature preserve land.
New Hampton is just a short hop to I-77 for convenient access to downtown Cleveland, Akron as well as Cleveland International Airport and points east.
