I've been honored to be interviewed twice during the past six months by Regina Ludes at the Council of Residential Speciaists (CRS) in Chicago. Both interviews have appeared in the CRS magazine since January of this year.
Read a Press Release about the two articles in "The Residential Specialist" magazine below:
March 19, 2010 - An interview with Realtor Eric Kodner of Wayzata Lakes Realty in Minnetonka, Minnesota (and Madeline Island Realty in LaPointe, Wisconsin) appears in the April issue of The Residential Specialist magazine.
The Residential Specialist is published by the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) in Chicago, with a circulation of over 50,000 readers in the real estate industry. The Council of Residential Specialists is part of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and real estate professionals who are fortunate enough to earn the CRS designation represent fewer than 4% of all real estate agents in the United States.
The article containing the Eric Kodner interview was written by Regina Ludes and is entitled "State of Local Housing Markets 2010". Kodner was interviewed about the state of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro area) residential real estate market at the beginning of 2010. The recent article may be found online at http://www.crs.com/TRSArticle/2161.
Kodner was previously interviewed by Ludes last autumn for an article in The Residential Specialist magazine entitled "Letter Perfect: CRSs Find Unique Ways to Promote the Designation to Clients and Agents". That article appears online at http://www.crs.com/TRSArticle/2124.
Kodner is a member of the National Association of Realtors Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity committee and he also serves as a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association Equal Opportunity in Housing committee. In addition to his committee service on both the state and national level, Kodner is a NAR-certified instructor for the "At Home With Diversity" course and is Education Chair for the Wisconsin Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists.
Eric Kodner may be reached at Madeline island Realty at 715.747.6500 (phone or text message 612.670.2539) or by email at MadelineIsland@Gmail.com.
