Which is the best Digital Signature Company for Realtors?

By
Real Estate Agent with Progressive Realty (Boise Idaho) www.Progressive-Realty.info DB-17066

I am only familiar with two digital signature companies that are familiar with the real estate industry.  I have talked to both companies but have only personally used Authentidate's Inscribe Office.

I would appreciate feedback from anyone that has used both systems as to which one they prefer and why.  I will activate a 30 day trial on Docusign today and then post my comments as I compare as well.

One is Docusign. https://www.docusign.com/real_estate/  They are a Realtor Benefit Partner so if you are a member of NAR you can get a discount.  They have a 30 day free trial as well.

The other is Inscrybe Office from Authentidate.  They also offer a 30 day free trial.

Take these for a test drive and let me know your thoughts!

Thanks!

I have a HUGE fan of Docusign; it is compatible both with Top Producer and Zip Forms - and also Relay, my on-line closing documents platform.

Speed of use, superb.  Compatible with smart phones.

The tech support is superb, customer support is amazing.  Can be used both as a print driver (so you can sign anything even if not created on Zipforms, or used within the Zipforms program.

I signed up for a 30 day free trial (still need to enter your credit card numbers though) with DocuSign.

It appears to be be a more comprehensive tool.

I have been on docusign for a few weeks now myself. I think it is great since it works with the print driver and you are allowed to insert the Seller Disclosure into the offer package since the sellers fill it out in the beginning.  The only thing I have not figured out is how to work the system during an offer and counter-offer period.  I have been burned too many times to negotiate a deal verbally so I prefer having all offers in writing but this system makes that hard unless I am missing something.

I appreciate the original blog a lot, but I also want to tip my hat to Linda DeVlieg for her comprehensive comment on DocuSign. I am going through the same decision process as Jim, so I appreciate all the feedback that people have provided. I have to sign I'm leaning towards DocuSign because of Relay and Zipforms compatibility.

Docusign has my stamp of approval.  I scan in any document whether it is related to real estate or not that needs a signature or an acknowledgement and have it done online.  I still have to learn their "template" options, but even without it I love the program.
