Teri: good looking estate with views of the lake and mountains. It's away from it all and only 25 miles from Phoenix. It inspires to ride a horse and enjoy the vista.

Teri  That is one lovely property.  I was surprised to hear "knotty pine kitchen cabinets".  Is that common in your area?  Karen

Karen, thanks...no, it's not common, but some of the older homes have it. I recognized it from back in the day. ;-)

How would you like to help the buyer of this property get a $30,000-$60,000 solar system, with no out of pocket expense, no lease payment, and no electric bill, and only $8000 added to the mortgage. We generally use an Energy Efficient Mortgage (FHA program) it doesn't affect the ratios, but there are several other options. You would be adding $35,000- $70,000 in value and for a cost of around $8000.

Lots of benefits to you and to the buyer. We make it easy.

Holy cow, what a great listing, Teri. As I was reading through the description, I was thinking this was probably priced over a million. But at $795,000 for all that acreage and amenities, yikes, that looks like a tremendous buy for some lucky buyer. I imagine that it's difficult to find a reasonably priced horse property with a view so close to Phoenix.

Dan, thank you...so do we. ;-)

Rene, it is isn't it? It is definitely beautiful here in the valley of the sun, and the views are amazing. In the "old" days, this would have been more than a mil....now, not so. ;-)
