Trilliums Give Their Beauty Freely ---

By
Real Estate Agent

While we take great pleasure and good exercise in tending to our property, one of the greatest joys comes in the form of unplanted and unsupervised wildflower displays.

Woodinville Trillium

Of all the wildflowers that spring up this time of year, none is more enjoyed than the Trillium. This year they have found a special corner of the property to multiply and display their beauty. Far from the beaten trails through our forest, they have found a safe place in a protected grove.

It reminds us that sometimes while we strive so hard to find happiness, it is already there, free of charge.

Some areas of Minnesota the trilliems are very thick.   all you see is white.

They also give me the hint when to look for Morel Mushrooms.

Hi Frank, The trillium is certainly a beautiful flowering plant. An interesting backdrop to the wildflowers. Looks very special and  intriguing.

Hi Bill, well I guess we are at about the same latitude, so maybe we have other things in common. I'm not eating any of the mushrooms I find anywhere around here except at the grocery store though.

Well Susan, spring is heading you way. I've not seen the burgundy ones, but I'll keep an eye out.

Hi Gene, it is a great name, and the flower is wonderful.

William, the mossy forest floor under the canopy is a very intriguing backdrop . . . I wish I could do it justice in a photo.

I love white flowers, and it's even more special if they grow wild. My yard has a lot of white flowers in bloom right now -- calla lilies, too.
