The Ring Hill, Real Estate Area of Woodinville, Washington --- Full of Pleasant Surprises ---
We didn't even know we lived there until our voter pamphlet informed us that our newly purchased real estate was in the Ring Hill voting district of Woodinville Washington. As it turns out, Ring Hill is a very desirable area to live. One of our neighbors told us she had waited years for a property to come on the market.
We were fortunate when we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation the day our home-to-be came on the market. We eventually beat out a higher offer with a compelling letter to the seller. Now we couldn't be happier as we get to know our neighborhood.
Ring Hill is part of the highly respected Northshore School District, and a short commute to Microsoft, the closest major employer, although we do have Boeing employees and other businesses represented in our area as well.
When we went out today to explore a new recreation area we just read about, the Ring Hill Forest, we were pleasantly surprised to find a true nature preserve. No development, no picnic tables, no restrooms, just 300 acres of forest and trails.
We could tell how much the folks along the forest were getting into the spirit of the area by the tree house we spotted in someone's back yard adjoining the forest.

Then there was another type of tree house, a bit more luxurious, further down the road, with a view out toward the forest. This log house is really a gorgeous contemporary home in disguise, complete with a gourmet kitchen, two master suits and a detached, breezeway connected 3 car garage. Somewhat typical of Ring Hill, there is a mix of conventional homes and private gated estates.

The trail through the Ring Hill Forest was quite with no motor vehicles allowed. Ziggy was allowed as long as we kept him on a leash. Which, for the sake of the wildlife, is a good thing as Ziegfeld is a pretty ferocious creature when running free.
Ring Hill is a wonderful residential area, definitely part of an expansive natural setting, making it a special place to live in the greater Seattle area.
If you think you might need someone to write that winning offer letter, whether for a property on Ring Hill or elsewhere, give us a call and we'll assist you in buying that perfect home . . .
