So this is my first actually attempt at writing a blog. I have posted before but it was just information that you could use...(not written by me) After reading some on Active-rain, either a blog will make you or break you... So, here I go!!
Myself being in the Title industry, I know what Realtors/Mortgage Brokers/Lenders are going through right now. WE ALL CAN AGREE THAT THE MARKET SUCKS!!! I hear it everyday at least a million times. I wanted to post this blog because it was the easiest way to reach thousands of Realtors and people in the business at once, but I didn't just tell you something you didn't know. What I wanted to tell you is that there is still hope, there is still a light at the end of the tunnel,(dim...but STILL there!!), there ARE people out there buying, there ARE people out there that STILL need mortgages. Active-rain for me is a great networking tool, getting to know more about the industry, and making friends. It also helps me to know that we ARE ALL in the same boat.
Whooo I feel allot better now that the negativity is off my shoulders...I walk into offices that seem like a gray cloud is over there heads. More than likely there is, but what the world and in that I mean the real estate world needs now...(come on sing it with me!!) Is Love sweet love and BUYERS!!!
This might be the most ridiculous blog you have ever read in your entire career.....But THERE will be more to come, because I am making it my priority to at least make you crack a smile...if not get a giggle out of you. Smile, it's the most contagious disease in the world....
