With more home buyers initially searching for homes on the internet, this is a question that I have been hearing asked more often. Pending BU Requested means that the property has an accepted offer, but there are contingencies with the current offer. The Seller is encouraging back up offers in case the current offer fails in some way. The current offer could be contingent on financing, approval of the home or septic inspection or acceptance of the Title contingency. Hi Judy! I've never seen anything like this in our MLS. The closest thing we have is SHOW - which means that there is an accepted offer, but it is still available for showings.
