Your income as a single person must be less than $75,000

Your income as a married couple must be less than $150,000

The Tax Credit is 10% of Home Purchase Price up to $8,000 maximum
If you have owned a home for 5 out of the previous 8 years you qualify for a Tax Credit of 10% of the purchase price up to a maximum of $6,500
