Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Ways Station

Hello! My name is Jolonda Greene and I am so excited that this is my first Active Rain post.  I am very excited to be a part of this community and look forward to interacting with you all and learning from this forum.

I was born and raised in Liberty County. After graduating from Bradwell Institute in 1993, I attended college at Howard University, "The Mecca," in Washington, D.C. While at Howard, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice. I then went on to complete a graduate program, Master of Arts in Psychology, from Argosy University. Later, I completed the Educational Specialist in School Psychology at Georgia Southern University.

I am currently practicing real estate in the coastal Georgia area with Century 21, Ways Station. I look forward to getting to know you better.

Hi! Welcome to the site. I recommend that you read, read, read and then comment, comment, comment. There are so many different blogs to read. There are tons of topics out there from real estate, marketing, technology, seo, staging, mortgage, etc. It goes on and on. Find topics you like (in the groups) follow those for a little while, start to find certain writers you like. Comment on their posts. You'll start to get to know people and before you know it... you'll have figured out the benefits of the site. Also reciprocate your comments. Consider posting blogs with content for consumers. Those are included on localism.com. So you could write about your area or about things you know in real estate or related etc. Also check out Resources for the Active Rain Newbie. Good luck
